Why Provenance

What Sets Our Work Apart

Organisational Focus Only

We help with listing, labelling and filing — never with formal advice. Everything we produce is educational and informational, with clear signposting to official resources where needed.

Unhurried, Gentle Approach

We work at your household's own pace. There are no timelines imposed, no pressure applied. Conversations are kept calm and caring throughout.

Tangible Printed Outputs

Every session ends with something you can hold: a printed inventory, a set of guides, or a family summary. Easy for loved ones to follow without needing to decode digital files.

Locally Based in Phuket

We understand the mix of Thai and expatriate household situations common across Phuket. Our sessions can address the particular complexities that arise from living and keeping records in Thailand.

Privacy and Discretion

Documents are reviewed only during your sessions and no copies are retained. All conversations are held in confidence. Your household's information stays with your household.

Family-Inclusive Process

Where appropriate, family members can join sessions together. We create a space where different perspectives are heard and where families leave feeling that everyone understands the picture.

Take the First Step

Would you like your household's records to be in better order?

A brief conversation is all it takes to see whether Provenance is right for your family. There is no obligation and no pressure — simply an open, unhurried exchange.

Questions & Answers

Things People Often Ask

What exactly does Provenance do?
Provenance helps households bring calm, clear order to their important documents and records. We work through what you have, help you label and list it, and produce a printed record that family members can follow. We do not give legal, financial or formal advice — our role is purely organisational and educational.
Who is this service suited to?
Our work suits anyone — Thai nationals or expatriates — who would like their household's important papers to be in clear order and easy for loved ones to locate and understand. Many clients are thinking ahead quietly, without urgency, and simply want the peace of knowing things are properly arranged.
How long do sessions take?
A Records Listing Session typically takes two to three hours, at your home or a quiet meeting space. Family Planning Conversations run as a series of shorter sessions, usually spread over a few weeks. The Full Records Archive Programme unfolds over several visits, timed to suit your household's own rhythm.
Do you retain copies of our documents?
No. Documents are reviewed in your presence only. We do not photograph, scan or retain copies of any personal papers. The printed inventory and guides we produce belong to you entirely.
Can family members join the sessions?
Yes, and for many households this is very helpful. We can accommodate spouses, adult children or other close relatives. We create a calm atmosphere where different family members feel comfortable sharing what they know and asking what they need to understand.
What are your fees and how is payment handled?
The Records Listing Session is ฿4,100, Family Planning Conversations are ฿15,200, and the Full Records Archive Programme is ฿33,000. All pricing is inclusive of printed materials. Payment is accepted in Thai Baht. We are happy to discuss how sessions are paced and when payment applies during your initial enquiry.
Where do sessions take place?
We are based on Ratsada Road in Phuket Town and can meet at our office or visit you at your home within Phuket. For households based elsewhere in Thailand, we can discuss remote sessions by arrangement.
