Each programme is shaped to a different scale of need — from a single focused session to a thorough household archive built across several visits.
Our Method
How a Provenance Programme Works
Every programme begins with an initial enquiry — a short conversation by telephone or in person to understand the shape of your household and which programme is likely to suit you best. There is no obligation at this stage.
Sessions are then arranged at times that work for you, either at our Ratsada Road office or at your home within Phuket. We bring everything needed: a structured approach, plain-language inventory forms and the guides that will form part of your printed output.
At the end of each programme, we review the printed materials with you before we leave, to make sure everything is accurate and clearly expressed. You keep the originals. We hold no copies.

Volume I
Records Listing Session
A calm, focused session helping you list and clearly label the important documents and records your household holds, noting where each is kept and what it pertains to. The result is a printed inventory that loved ones can follow without guidance.
This is the right starting point for a household that has never sat down and taken stock of what it has. Organisational only — no advice given, with clear signposting to official sources where needed.

Volume II
Family Planning Conversations
A gentle series of guided conversations helping households — especially those with multiple family members involved — talk through their wishes and record-keeping arrangements calmly and with clarity. Simple structures are introduced to keep discussions respectful and productive.
For households planning ahead together: parents and adult children, couples with blended families, or any situation where more than one person needs to understand the full picture. Educational and supportive throughout — no formal advice given.

Volume III
Full Records Archive Programme
A thorough, multi-session programme building a complete and clearly labelled archive of the household's important documents, accompanied by a plain written summary for relatives. Designed for households who want their affairs arranged comprehensively and in lasting order.
Includes the design of a home filing layout suited to your space, and closes with a family briefing session so that all relevant members understand where things are kept. Organisational and informational throughout — referrals to official resources included as standard.
